The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk
PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 17, 2023.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the honorable dismissal of all the old Board of Commissioners and Directors, namely: Mrs. Megawati as commissioner, Mr. Sudjarwadi as Independent Commissioner, Mr. Iwan Setiawan Lukminto as President Director, Mr. Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto as Deputy President Director, Mr. Allan Moran Severino as Director of Finance, Ms. Mira Chrisitna Setiady as Director of General Affairs and Administration, Mr. Karunakaran Ramamorthy as Director of Production, Mr. Edy Salim as Director of Operations and Mr. Nasir Tamara Tamimi as Independent Director. Furthermore, the EGMS approved the appointment of the Company’s new Board of Commissioners and Directors consisting of:

Megawati : Commissioner
Liem Konstantinus : Independent Commissioner
Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto : President Director
Mira Christina Setiady : Director of Operations
Welly Salam : Director of Finance
Supartodi : General Director
Regina Lestari Busono : Independent Director
Karunakaran Ramamoorthy : Yarn Business Director
Sandeep Kr Gautam : Fabric Business Director
Teo Khek Thuan : Apparel Business Director
The Company maintains the same number of Board of Commissioners as before which consisted of 3 people while for the Board of Directors there is an additional number of Directors. With this decision of the shareholders, it is hoped that the Company will be able to start a transformation in its business and strategy to accelerate recovery in the midst of an unfavorable geopolitical and macroeconomic situation in 2023.
