Sritex Celebrates 74th Indonesian Independence Day with the theme of Unlimited Inclusivity

INDUSTRY.co.id – Sukoharjo – August 17, 2019, PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk incorporated in Sritex Group, today held a flag ceremony in the framework of the 74th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. The ceremony proceeded solemnly, attended by more than 1000 guests along with 30,000 Sritex Group employees in the Sritex factory area located on Jl Samanhudi, Sukoharjo.

President Director of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, Iwan Setiawan Lukminto, became the inspector of the ceremony today and delivered the company’s vision and mission and future prospects for the textile industry. “Come together, we guard and enhance the sense of unity and unity as the Sritex Group Big Family that is solid and intact with the trilogy and tri dharma attached.

This year, Sritex also raised the importance of inclusiveness in the operations of the Sritex Group which gave special attention to the Sukoharjo diffable community. Sritex continues to be committed to providing training and opportunities for them to continue working for Indonesia. The commemoration of independence day is carried out every year by the Sritex Group to commemorate Indonesia’s independence day which is now 74 years old.

The series of events this morning included raising the red and white flag (Flag of Indonesia), reading of the proclamation of independence texts, and Pancasila. The celebration was also enlivened by a marching band, a parade of Sritex employees from 4 divisions, and an Indonesian cultural parade from Sabang to Merauke.

Included in today’s series of events was the awarding of a certificate from the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) to PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk for its success in making The ‘Sritex Hygiene Movement’, which involved 38,000 Sritex employees, cleaned the area around the factory and kept the environment clean.
